Thank you Ms.Nargis Shaikh Shaukat for your beautiful recipe which I recreated and made Mocha Shami Kebab on the occasion of World Kebab Day.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the Chana Dal for 3 hours.
Wash and clean the Banana flowers and boil with 3 cups water adding 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Once the boiler set aside.
* Step 2
Strain the water and add to the blender. Blend smooth. Set aside.
* Step 3
Strain the Chana Dal water. Add to the blender and without adding water blend smooth.
* Step 4
Mix the Chana Dal mix with Mocha and add onion paste, ginger mix and chopped green chilies, salt, mix well.
* Step 5
Make small patties and set them aside.
* Step 6
In a wok add mustard oil and pan-fry the Kebabs. Complete the batches.
