Banana Pudding

#boxweek13 Banana Pudding is a great way to enjoy Sunday dessert and with eggs and banana it was ideal

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 cups

milk

1/8 cup

water

2/3 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add sugar and water and on low flame continuously stir to caramelize. Once done, set aside, add to a mold, and set aside to set in.

* Step 2

In a blender add bananas and blend until smooth.

* Step 3

Add the bananas to a bowl, add eggs and milk and stir well.

* Step 4

Pour gradually to the mould where the caramelised sugar has set in, check with a fork and then pour.

* Step 5

Put in the pre-heated oven at 180 deg C for 60 mins.

* Step 6

Shake the cake mold on the sides to loosen up to help to de-mold. On a bowl add caramelized sugar, reverse the cake mold and pour the pudding.

* Step 7

Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy.
