Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a wok heat oil and add green cardamoms, black whole pepper, whole red chilli, cloves, cinnamon stick. Sauté for a minute. Add chopped onions and cook until brown in colour

* Step 2

Add mutton pieces. Cook until mutton is brown in colour. Cook in low flame.

* Step 3

Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green cardamom powder, salt and sauté until oil leaves surface

* Step 4

Add whisked yogurt and cook on low flame for 30-35 mins. Add chopped tomatoes, garam masala powder and cook for another 20 mins until mutton is tender.

* Step 5

Add chopped coriander leaves and stir one more time

* Step 6

Garnish with chopped green chillies and some more coriander leaves
