Grilled Potato Salad

Grilled Potato Salad is a great one pot salad which has all the goodness of potato, bacon, spring onions and the dressing of apple cider vinegar, parsley, garlic in olive oil

Preparation time -10 mins, Cooking time-15 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the potatoes and smear in olive oil. Grease the grill and grill the potatoes for 20 mins
* Step 2
For dressing - in a bowl add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic cloves chopped, black pepper powder, salt and whisk well so it becomes smooth. Set aside.
* Step 3
Fry the bacons and set aside. Cool and chop into small pieces.
* Step 4
In a bowl to the salad dressing add the grilled potatoes, chopped parsleys, chopped spring onions, bacon and mix well. Serve and enjoy with bread.
