Cooking instructions

Boil potatoes. Remove the skin and mash the potatoes.

In a pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, garlic, hing, onions, curry leaves and green and red chillies. Saute well and add salt, turmeric and mix well.

Now add the potatoes and mix together well.
