Mudda Bhaaji / Palak and Dal

Almost similar to palak dal but this is a bhaaji and not a dal with a very different and tempting tempering.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the dal I'm pressure cooker.
In a vessel add palak, the boiled dal, salt and mango powder. Mix together and cook for 5-7 minutes
* Step 2
In a separate pan or tadka pan, heat oil. Add hing, garlic, green chillies,salt, peanuts, turmeric, red chilli powder and mix together.
Add this tadka to the palak dal mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with steamed rice.
