Soft and spongy idlis

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak rice and urad dal for 6hours minimum and add methi seeds while soaking
* Step 2
After 6hours, wash and soak the poha in another bowl.
In the meanwhile,grind the rice and dal in to a smooth paste. Now grind the poha and add to the rice mixture.
Mix everything together and keep it aside for 8hours minimum or overnight.
* Step 3
After 8hours, the mixture is fermented and risen well.
* Step 4
Steam the idlis using idli steamer. even soft dosa can be made that taste great using this batter.
* Step 5
For chutney, take all the ingredients mentioned above for chutney and grind into a fine paste.
