Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cht brinjal and keep in water till needed.
* Step 2
In a bowl beat curd to creamy thick add salt,jeera powder,mix it well. Prepare tadka in a pan with oil, panch phoran, curry leaves,hing and red chilli,add to curd mix everything well.
* Step 3
In a pan add oil, chopped brinjal pieces and fry till golden sprinkle salt, chilli powder, and hing add the fried brinjal to the prepared curd and combine everything well.
* Step 4
Brinjal in tadka curd is ready to serve/enjoy with rice and roti.
