Rajma Curry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash rajma and soak for overnight, pressure cook till soft.
* Step 2
Grind tomato, garlic to puree,heat butter and oil add bay leaf, cinnamon jeera and chopped onion and fry till slightly brown.
* Step 3
Add tomato puree and fry for a while then add coriander powder, jeera powder, chilly powder,salt,sugar, ginger paste,turmeric, garam masala and fry for a minute.
* Step 4
When oil seperates add some water and amchoor powder mix it and add cooked rajma mix it well,add kasuri methi cook for a min add coriander leaves and it's ready to serve/enjoy with rice/roti.
