Soft Dosa
Delicious soft dosa can be prepared instantly with no soda or eno.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash rice,poha,methi dana add curd to it and add water as needed to soak it for 3,4 hours.
* Step 2
Grind it to smooth dosa batter consistency cover keep it for 3,4 hours/ferment overnight.
* Step 3
Now add salt mix it well,heat dosa tava grease oil and spread laddle full of batter.cover with lid cook for few minutes.
* Step 4
Open the lid and soft dosa is ready to serve/enjoy with chutney.
