Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add flours add enough water to make thick flowing batter cover it and ferment overnight.
* Step 2
Next day add salt,curd, chilly paste,ginger paste mix it well add oil mix it again finally add soda and combine well.
* Step 3
Heat steamer, grease the dhokla mould pour the batter and steam it for 15 min. Cool it cutin pieces.
* Step 4
Prepare tadka with oil, mustard,jeera,curry leaves add to dhokla sprinkle coriander leaves and coconut and enjoy/serve.
