Traditional Indian sweet made with freshly grated coconut and sugar flavoured with cardmum,that melts in mouth.
Ingredient
Food ration :

25min.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan add sugar and water to cover the sugar cook till it melts and continues cooking for 3,4 min.
* Step 2
Add coconut(grind in mixi jar for fine coconut) mix and cook on medium to low flame till thickens add ghee and continue cooking.
* Step 3
It thickens and comes together add cardamom powder mix and cook further a few minutes it starts leaving from the pan.
* Step 4
Transfer to the greased tray level it with greased bottom of the glass cool it, make cuts, and completely cool.
* Step 5
Coconut burfee ready to serve/ enjoy.
