Rajma masala
Rajma masala is delicious flavourful curry with kidney beans and masalas , family's favourite dish.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak rajma overnight and pressure cook with salt,bay leaf, cinnamon stick till soft.
* Step 2
In mixijar add tometoes,garlic,ginger and make puree of it.
* Step 3
Heat oil and ghee in kadai add jeera add chopped onion cook till translucent then add tometo puree and cook till oil seperates.
* Step 4
Add masalas and mix it well now add cooked rajma beans and mix well.
* Step 5
Add lemon juice and corriander leaves and rajma masala is ready to serve with rice and roties.
