Yummy and simple recipe with soft paneer in tasty gravy with sweet bitterness of methi.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice one onion and fry golden in oil and grind with curd in mixijar.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan add garlic and ginger saute for a while then add methi (cleaned and chopped) cook then add salt cook till water absorbs.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan add jeera and onion (chopped finely)and cook till translucent then add tometo and saute add salt cook till mushy then add butter, dry masalas mix it well add cooked methi mix altogether.
* Step 4
Now add onion paste and paneer cubes and mix well add sugar and cook for a while. Makhani Methi Paneer is ready to serve with rice and roti.
