Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast the cut up eggplant and onions at 400° for 1 hr with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. Store until you make pasta

* Step 2

In a deep pot cook ground turkey and seasoning until brown. Add stock, water, and chicken bouillon. Bring to a boil

* Step 3

Add the pasta and cook according to package. The last 2 minutes add the eggplant and cream cheese to warm up.
