Onion soup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt butter, add onions and cook them until they are a golden brown
* Step 2
Add the flour and stir until it is smooth
* Step 3
Add milk and simmer the soup until onions are very tender. Season it with paprika salt and nutmeg
* Step 4
Place 1 tablespoon of grated cheese in each cup and 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley and pour the soup over it. Serve it at once.
