Quick egg patties
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the bread in 1/2 cup of water for 30 sec, squeeze, mash and keep
* Step 2
Grate the boiled egg, add with mashed bread
* Step 3
Add onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, fennel powder, corn flour, rice flour, chilli flakes, coriander leaves, combine well
* Step 4
Cover and Keep the mixture for 20 min in room temperature
* Step 5
Divide the mixture into balls, and make your desire shape, roll over the bread crumbs and keep for 20 min
* Step 6
Keep a pan, add enough oil, fry the patties in medium flame until golden brown
* Step 7
Serve the hot delicious patties with evening tea or coffee
