Bitter gourd fry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Scrape the skin, scoop up the seeds and cut the bitter gourd thinly sliced
* Step 2
Boil the slices with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, and salt for15min or until tender
* Step 3
When it is cooled, squeeze take out water and keep the bitter gourd on a plate
* Step 4
Keep a pan add oil, fry onion, chilli, garlic, curry leaves, cumin, on medium flame until get aroma
* Step 5
Now add bitter gourd, stir for 5min, cover and cook on low flame for 10min
* Step 6
Now add scrapped coconut, stir 5min
* Step 7
Serve with sambar rice, curd rice etc.,
