Thai style minced meat

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mince the chicken (just 2 strokes)
* Step 2
Add turmeric and salt. Keep it.
* Step 3
Now in a pan add 2 tbs oil and fry onion, garlic until onion turns into dark brown. Remove it. Now in the same oil fry red chilli for few min and remove.
* Step 4
Grind all the fried ingredients into paste.
* Step 5
In the same pan add another 1tbs oil and fry the minced chicken for 5 min, now add the ground paste,sugar and vinegar. Cover and Cook in low flame for 10 min. Stir often.
* Step 6
Decorate with black olives and pickled jalapeno and serve.
* Step 7
You can make this method for fresh chicken and beef minced also
* Step 8
Serve with chappathi, bread etc.,
