apple bread
Took the kids apple picking and came up with this to use up some apples.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° and spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
* Step 2
Whisk together applesauce, egg, sugar, and oil until slightly pale.
* Step 3
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
* Step 4
Fold in apples and walnuts, if using.
* Step 5
bake approximately 60 minutes or until bread is pulling away from the sides of the pan and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
