Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roughly Mash boiled green peas. Grate boiled potatoes
* Step 2
Now add maida, corn flour, salt,red chilli powder. Mix well and form soft dough.
* Step 3
Heat pan add oil, once hot add green chilli paste, turmeric powder, asefoetida.mix well now add mashed peas.Saute, add grated coconut,lemon juice, salt and sugar.cook for 5 minutes.. Stuffing is ready.
* Step 4
Now add corn flour,maida,red chilli powder, salt. Mix well. And form dough.
* Step 5
Now divide this into small portion.apply oil on your palms. Gently flatten potato dough, fill matar filling in it. Now in plate add semolima. Cover this pattice completely.
* Step 6
In deep pan add oil once hot. Deep fry this pattice on medium heat till crispy and golden. Do try this recipe.
