This recipe is very simple but very tasty with minimum ingredients.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop bhindi. Crush 7,8 garlic cloves. heat oil in a pan.
* Step 2
Put oil, once hot put crushed garlic first so that we can get garlic taste. now put remaining cloves.
Saute till golden brown.
* Step 3
Now put chopped bhindi, add red chilli powder, amchur powder, and salt. cook on high flame for the first 5 minutes. Then cook on medium flame.it gives a nice crunch to bhindi and removes stickiness. cook for 10 minutes. serve hot with hot phulkas. Tastes yum.
