Usually we think making upma is very easy but it's not.proportions are very important.
Ingredient

serves 3 servin

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop veggies, dry roast semolina on medium heat till golden brown.
* Step 2
Now in a deep pan add desi ghee, you can use oil also but I like ghee. Add mustard and cumin seeds. add chopped onion, green chilies, carrot saute. Now add hot water add sugar, salt, lemon juice mix well.
* Step 3
With continues stirring add roasted semolina. cook for 10 mins on low flame. serve hot with mint chutney and dev and coriander leaves.
