Cheating Pizza

#veggies # son demanded pizza but not all ingredients at home.so this is a cheating pizza.

Ingredient

Food ration :

serves 2 servin

1/4 cup

yoghurt

to taste

Salt

as needed

Grated coconut

1 tsp

Desi ghee

1 tsp

oil

1/2 tsp

Carrom seeds

As needed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take one big bowl add wheat flour then add pinch of salt,put yoghurt mix well make dough.keep aside for at least 15 mins.add sone oil to it

* Step 2

Take another bowl add veggies to it and add tomato sauce, salt,red chilli powder, black pepper powder(as per your palate) pav bhaji masala(optional)mix well

Take dough make one portion.By hand roll thick chapati.with the help of fork make marks so it would not rise.

Heat pan add some ghee roast chapati from one side.now turn it apply ghee to chapati.apply sauce, spread all veggies on it press gently now spread grated coconut all over chapati.again add dollop of ghee and on low flame cook for 5 mins. Ir becomes crispy like thin pizza base.

Take out cut into pieces and serve hot with tomato sauce
