Ingredient

50 gms

gram flour

4 tablespoons

desi ghee

2 tablespoons

sugar

1 teaspoon

Cardamom powder

As required

Gulkand

Few drops

Kesar syrup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat Pan add desi ghee heat it.

* Step 2

Fry it till golden brown it should smell nice.

Take sugar in other pan add water to it. Make syrup to one string consistency. Add kesar syrup.

Now add this syrup to gram flour gradually as we are going to add gulkand to it.

* Step 5

Make firm dough of gram flour and sugar syrup. Roll it thik on plastic sheet stuff gulkand inside and roll it again. Make a roll.

Keep in the refrigerator for ten minutes. Take out and cut in to pieces.

Serve after applying silver foil.
