Potato burfi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil potatoes, let cool completely
* Step 2
Grate potatoes and measure with bowl and take sugar and milk powder with same measure
* Step 3
Heat Pan add desi ghee.add grated potatoes, slowly cook it on low flame continuesly
* Step 4
Then add sugar and mix well let the sugar dissolve completely, then add milk powder gradually,add food colour to it you can skip colour.let the mixture leave the pan.add cardomom powder.
* Step 5
Grease one plate.put mixture in it
* Step 6
Keep in refrigerator for 15 to 20 mins (you can coat it with desiccated coconut, I didn't get)cut into desired shape.decorate with dry fruits and silver foil.
