Today I am sharing with you guys the recipe of homemade cottage cheese.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a cup, add water and white vinegar.
* Step 2
Mix gently and set a side.
* Step 3
Take a heavy bottom pan, add milk and boil it.
* Step 4
When it boils, turn off the flame. Then add vinegar mixture.
* Step 5
Keep stirring till curd separate.Let it cool for a little while.
* Step 6
Put a muslin (malmal) cloth in strainer and pour the mixture in it. Then pour fresh water on cheese well to get the vinegar out.
* Step 7
Press lightly so all the water drains out.
* Step 8
Homemade cottage cheese is ready.
