Atstuage is a block of deep-fried bean curd, fried tofu. I baked it with soy sauce ane sweet sake. Quick and delicious recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil in the pand and fry atsuage for 5 minutes on both sides.
* Step 2
Add soy sauce and sweet sake on it.
* Step 3
Place atsuage in a plate and put butter, dried bonito and parcerly on it. It's done!
