Beef pilaf

Simple mixed rice with beef and vegetables. Rice is seasoned with soy sauce and butter. So it is Japanese taste!

Ingredient

20 minutes
100 g

beef

1/2 tablespoon

soy sauce

1 tablespoon

butter

1 cube

consomee

2 cups

cooked rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Season the beef with sake in a small bowl.

* Step 2

Slice velbet shank into small pieces.

* Step 3

Slice greenonions.

* Step 4

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the beef and greenonions in it.

* Step 5

Add velbet shank in the pan and fry together. Season it with soysauce, concomee and sugar.

* Step 6

Add cooked rice in the pan. Mix with beef and vegetables.

* Step 7

Let is sit for 2~3 minutes. Sprinkle dried parcely on it!
