Kale-freezing
As it happens all the veg in the garden seem to come in a glut but this is an easy one to freeze to use later. Also a very productive plant. My guinea pigs get the stalks and everyone happy

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and cut kale removing stalks
* Step 2
Boil kettle and pour over kale. Blanch for 1 minute
* Step 3
Cool down quickly better if you have freezing cold water
* Step 5
Pack in bags and freeze quickly
* Step 6
Ready to use in your next recipe. Use directly from freezer
