Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate the beetroot/carrot/chillis/ginger and mix with the spices and corn flour to make a dough like form.
* Step 2
Take out small batches and make it in square shapes and dip in bread crumbs/corn meal (i used corn meal) and deep fry in hot oil.
