Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, mix the eggs, vegetables, cheese, salt and pepper, and the onion

* Step 2

Add the flour and bread crumbs till most of the moisture is gone

* Step 3

Add the parsley flakes and sunflower seeds for extra flavour and crunch

* Step 4

Roll into medium sized ovals

* Step 5

Place sunflower oil in low headed pan

* Step 6

Cook the patties for 3 minutes on each side
