Sunshines banana nut muffins

these we really like they are so moist

Ingredient

baking powder

1 dash

of salt

1/4 tsp

baking soda

1/2 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven@ 400°'....Add muffin cup papers into muffin pan.2/3 full, bake 20 minutes

* Step 2

Sift flour,sugar,baking powder, salt and soda in a bowl.stir in oatmeal, and pecans

Now in a small bowl add egg,oil, milk, mashed banana mix well.

* Step 4

Add milk mixture to dry mix,stir till moistened.now fill muffin pan

Put in oven and bake... enjoy
