Fajitas de Pollo (Chicken Fajitas)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice chicken breasts & veggies. In large skillet add oil & heat to medium high heat. Add chicken to skillet, cook until no longer pink. Add peppers, garlic & onion. Toss & cook until veggies are tender.

* Step 2

Add lime juice & seasonings, toss until there is little to no juices in the bottom of the skillet.

* Step 3

Serve with a hot flour tortilla. Great sides to go with your fajitas would be refried beans, spanish rice or you could have Mexican street corn like I did in my photo. Enjoy😆
