Easy Grilled Salmon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat grill to 475.

* Step 2

Spread some oil on the fillet, followed by the salt.

* Step 3

When grill reaches 475, place the salmon on the grill, skin side down.

* Step 4

Grill for 6-8 minutes. The skin will naturally release from the grill after this, so there’s no need to force the issue before then.

* Step 5

Flip the fish over for 1-2 minutes.

* Step 6

Remove fish from grill when the fish’s internal temp is 125-130 degrees.

* Step 7

Let the fish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
