Slice each hot dog into four pieces. Boil hotdogs, jalapeño peppers, juice, and vinegar until the hotdogs began to swell. Remove from heat and cool. Pack in clean containers and refrigerate. The longer they stand, the more flavor the hotdogs absorb.
