Eggcellent Buns

We got too many burger buns and we ran out of ground beef! I had no idea what to cook for breakfast, so I improvised. They are simple and tasty!

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1 tbsp

frozen peas

1/4 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Use a round cookie cutter or a small glass to form a circle inside the bun. Remove the top and middle bun, but leave the base intact.

* Step 2

Combine eggs, frozen peas, sausage, broth, and the top and middle portion of the bun inside the circle. Mix well.

* Step 3

Use low heat. Put buns in a wide pan, and pour the egg mixture on the hole. Cover. When the bottom parts of the buns start to brown, pour water bit by bit on the pan. Cover the pan. Repeat this process until the egg mixture is cooked.
