Chicken Gizzards with Ponzu (4 ingredients)

I bought a kilogram of cheap chicken gizzards and experimented in the kitchen. I regret that I only used a dozen gizzards, should have used more!

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
3 tbsp

ponzu sauce

1 tbsp

sesame oil

1 tsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix ponzu and sesame in a small container or ziplock. Add chicken gizzards. Put it on the fridge overnight.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan (medium heat). Put gizzards on the pan and flip after a couple of minutes.

* Step 3

Pour the rest of the marinade and use low heat. When the sauce has thickened a bit, remove the gizzards, and enjoy!
