Chicken with pickled pineapple
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice chicken thigh and marinade with cornstarch, salt, pepper and sugar
* Step 2
Cut pineapple into pieces, retaine half cup of the syrup
* Step 3
Cut the other ingredients like in the picture
* Step 4
Saute garlic and stir fry chicken pieces until done
* Step 5
Add syrup for a moment, add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, cornstarch, young ginger and spring onion. then mix well. add pineaple in the end, stir well and serve.
