Japanese Niigata Fried Chicken
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and marinate them in yogurt mixed with garlic and ginger for a half day.
* Step 2
Wash the chicken breast and cut into big sizes. Put Katakuriko starch powder (any starch is ok) on chicken.
* Step 3
Fry them in vegetable oil until golden good color.
* Step 4
Put curry mix powder on fried chicken when you eat.
