Slow Cooker Beef

I made so soft roasted beef. 55℃ 4 hours in slow cooker 👌#slowcooker

Ingredient

500 g

beef

2 pieces

garlic

10 cm

celery

2.5 tablespoon

soy sauce

2.5 tablespoon

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ingredients: cut spring onion and celery. Chop garlic.

Put beef, seasonings and other ingredients in ziplock bag. Deflate in the water.

* Step 3

Clip it in pot and cook in a slow cooker at 55°C for 4 hours. Leave it to cool.

Fry beef to make good crispy color on surface.

Keep beef in bag.
