I have leftover minced 100g beef. I made 8 cutlets with lot of onions and herbs.

Ingredient

1 handful

fresh coriander

1.5 teaspoon

consommé powder

2 tablespoon

flour

Cooking instructions

First, put the onions and garlic in a food processor and grind them finely.Then add all other ingredients and seasonings and grind.

Shape it into round shape and coat it with Panko bread crumbs.

Fry it in preheated vegetable oil until both sides are good color.
