Prosciutto and Egg Yolk Onigiri Rice Ball
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Frozen eggs. And peel the egg shells. Then unfrozen it in refrigerator.
* Step 2
Make soy sauce mixture. Scoop out just the yolk with a spoon and soak it in soy sauce for half a day.
* Step 4
Put film in rice bowl and put cooked rice. Place the egg yolk, prosciutto, and cream cheese in the center. Cover with rice to make an onigiri.
* Step 5
Sprinkle salt on it. Wrap rice ball with Nori seaweed.
