Prosciutto and Egg Yolk Onigiri Rice Ball

Soy egg yolk and cream cheese Onigiri rice ball is my favorite. I add prosciutto in Onigiri 🍙 #GoldenApron23

Ingredient

3 tablespoon

soy sauce

1 teaspoon

honey or sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Frozen eggs. And peel the egg shells. Then unfrozen it in refrigerator.

* Step 2

Make soy sauce mixture. Scoop out just the yolk with a spoon and soak it in soy sauce for half a day.

Put film in rice bowl and put cooked rice. Place the egg yolk, prosciutto, and cream cheese in the center. Cover with rice to make an onigiri.

Sprinkle salt on it. Wrap rice ball with Nori seaweed.
