Salmon and Egg Roll

This is my favorite salad roll. Tasty and looking so beautiful. Good for Christmas dinner. #GoldenApron23

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ingredients: cut into very small pieces with knife. You can use grander but cutting with knife is delicious to eat.

* Step 2

Season it with mayonnaise. Put a little salt and pepper to taste.

* Step 3

Make crepe mixture and add minced green onion and parsley.

* Step 4

Fry egg mixture to make thin crepe sheets.

* Step 5

Spread salad mix on egg sheet and roll it.

* Step 6

Wrap it with film and stay it for a while.
