This is my favorite miso soup from my childhood. #ChristmasGift

Ingredient

miso

500 ml

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Shred Daikon.

Cook Daikon in water and add Dashi powder. When Daikon is cooked, add miso paste.

Put eggs and cook them for a few minutes with low flame.
