Uzbekistan Green Beans Plov
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice onion and cut beef into small pieces.
* Step 2
Fry onion with vegetable oil until the color turns dark brown. Set aside.
* Step 3
In the same pan fry beef then add green beans.
* Step 4
Add water and simmer. Season salt and coriander powder.
* Step 5
Simmer until the green beans are soft. Add rice in it.
* Step 6
Cook until the beans and rice are soft and the water is reduced.
* Step 7
Put fried onion on top. Garnish with green onion and onion cut into rings.
