Salad Preparation

I always keep something for salad in refrigerator. It’s easy to make salad immediately.

Ingredient

2 tablespoon

dried raisins

2 tablespoon

mayonnaise

1 tablespoon

yogurt

1/2 teaspoon

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove seeds and cut pumpkin into bite size. Fry pumpkin with vegetable oil or butter and add raisins.

Season salt and pepper to taste.

Fry sweet pepper with vegetable oil and season salt and pepper to taste.

Cut boiled egg into bite size. Mix eggs with mayonnaise mixture.

Put in boxes and keep them in refrigerator.
