Zucchini Karaage wrapped in thin slices of pork

I always make Karaage with Katakuriko starch powder, because my mother always use it.

Ingredient

15 minutes
4 tablespoon

starch powder

1 teaspoon

herb salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut zucchini into stick shape and sprinkle a little salt. Wrap zucchini with thin sliced meat (beef or pork).

* Step 2

Put herb salt in starch powder (any starch is ok) and mix. Put starch on zucchini.

Fry it in vegetable oil until good color.
