Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove fat from liver and boil it for 2~3 minutes
* Step 2
Cut liver into small pieces and skewer.
* Step 3
Boil gizzards for 2~3 minutes.
* Step 4
Cut into small pieces. Skewer gizzards
* Step 5
Make Yakitori sauce. Oil on grill pan and grill brushing Yakitori sauce.
* Step 7
Eat with Shichimi chili powder. Enjoy 🇯🇵💕
