Tortilla Chips Salad
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop onion and fry garlic, onion and beef. Season with pepper and salt.
* Step 2
I use steamed Japanese black beans but if you can find this black bean paste, this is best.
* Step 3
Crush avocado and put lemon juice and salt.
* Step 4
First put beef, black beans, cheese then avocado.
* Step 5
Put chopped tomato, sour cream and coriander. Decorate with tortilla chips.
